The pressure controller has two main functions:
1.Protection (or safety) function: limit the pressure, system pressure is too low or too high when cut off, power off.
2. Control function: compressor cycle, fan cycle and exhaust.
There are two common types of pressure controllers:
Single-voltage controller: divided into low-voltage controller and high-voltage controller.
Dual-voltage controller: A controller with both low-voltage control and high-voltage control.
Compressor High and low pressure protection: compressor often need protection to prevent condensation pressure is too high or intake pressure is too low. This is accomplished by using two single-voltage switches or a double-voltage switch. There are many types of electrical contact switches. What you see here is a simple type. High and low voltage switches are combined in a housing.
A device in which two spheres act between them. If the pressure reaches the“High” setting, the switch will open contacts A and C. If the pressure falls below the“Low” setting, the switch will also turn on contacts A and C.
